How do I collect the keys to my rental accommodation ?
Our reception is situated in the Galery de l’Adret in Les Menuires. During the season the office is open everyday from 9h to 12h and from 14h to 19h and inter-season every weekday from 9h to 12h and from 14h to 17h30.

 

Can I modify the « extra products » chosen in my holiday booking ?
At all times you can access your client account in the secure zone of the 3 Vallées Immobilier internet site or contact us directly by telephone.

 

Are there any reductions available ?
After a stay, you will be rewarded for your loyalty with a mountain passport which gives you a 5% reduction on your accommodation for the next three holidays booked directly through 3 Vallées Immobilier.


I don’t have any winter sports equipment, what should I do ?
Benefit from our « products+ » service by booking your equipment at the same time as you reserve your accommodation. On arrival you just have to collect your equipment from our winter sports equipment rental partner.

 

Can I get Internet access in the resort ?
Les Menuires and Val Thorens are fully covered with WIFI. For more information please don’t hesitate in contacting us.

 

If I have to cancel my holiday, what happens ?
We must be informed of all cancellations by recommended letter. Please contact us for the list of events that are guaranteed.
We advise you to purchase the cancellation insurance when you book your rental accommodation.
