Snow guarantee

Following the principle « satisfied or reimbursed», Les Menuires, Val Thorens and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville launched the Snow Guarantee operation in 2007, allowing clients to be compensated if they left the resort early due to lack of snow.

3 Vallées Immobilier, a partner in this operation, promises to reimburse your accommodation on a pro-rata basis for the days not used, if the official opening rate of the pistes is inferior to 80% due to lack of snow.

Attention, bad weather, storms and heavy snowfalls are excluded. All early departures due to reasons other than a lack of snow will not be compensated.

How it works :

• Article 1 : You have booked your accommodation or « all-inclusive » stay through 3 Vallées Immobilier (with the reference « Snow Guarantee »).
• Article 2 : You leave the resort because you are not satisfied with the quality of the snow cover (under 80 per cent of the pistes are open due to lack of snow – bad weather, storms and heavy snow falls are excluded). You hand us back your keys and ski passes. You will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis for the unused days on your Les Menuires / Saint Martin ski passes and for the accommodation.
• Article 3 : You also benefit from the reimbursement of your Les Menuires / Saint Martin ski passes if they were purchased on-line on www.sevabel.com
