You benefit from a minimum of 5 to 6 weeks winter occupation (and up to a maximum of 9 weeks) and the whole of the summer.The owner agrees to give the manager a minimum of 11 weeks rental use of the property in the winter.
The owner remains responsible for all local and other taxes concerning property rental, the rubbish collection tax, the usual, non-reclaimable, co-owner charges, the building management fees and insurances as well as the costs involved in keeping the property in a correct state, the replacement of furniture due to normal wear and tear and the enventual replacement of the any of the following: water heater, radiators, boot dryers and other white goods.Water, electricity, apartment cleaning, the provision of and laundry of bed linen, furnishings and firewood supply are subject to separate billing.
