Environmental actions
The effects of global warming in the Vallée des Belleville can be see with the naked eye:
The Peclet-Polset glaciers are diminishing very quickly. Water, the principal material used in our activity, is a precious object which is getting rarer and rarer.
This is why our company was certified ISO 14001 in July 2006, an award which was confirmed in 2007 and 2008.
The only estate agency certified in France, we promise to respect all the legal requirements. Our main line of action:
- Diminish the consummation of natural resources, notably water and energy.
- Diminish the use of consumables.
- Control the risk of fires
- Make our partners aware of environmental issues
- Make our clients aware of rubbish separation
The majority of properties have equipment to economise water and electricity, the materials used to decorate the buildings favour wood and stone and all our paperwork uses recycled paper or PEFC paper (Certified by Europe that the paper comes from durable and responsibly managed forests).
3 Vallées Immobilier has been envolved with Mountain Rider association since December 2009. This association participates in environmental actions for the protection of our mountains.
3 Vallées Immobilier gives 1 euro for each rental reservation to Mountain Riders, with no extra charges for our customers.
